Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Cikarang to maintain small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and support installation and modification of building systems while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

This on-site role requires able-bodied individuals with a proactive approach. You will also review work orders and document tasks to ensure timely completions, contributing to energy efficiency

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems and exchange straightforward information clearly.
• Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
