Job summary

Alibaba Cloud in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Onsite Data Center O&M Manager. The role focuses on leading daily O&M of data center hardware and network equipment, developing strategies to ensure stability, and driving incident response and SLA adherence.

You will oversee onsite teams, coordinate multi-party resources, and ensure safe, compliant operations with English as the primary working language; Mandarin or local language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant major.
• Minimum 3 years of O&M management or IT/network hardware project experience.
• Familiar with server and network infrastructure technologies and IT service delivery.
• Ability to ensure SLA targets and resolve operational problems.
• Team management experience coordinating multi-party resources.
• Fluent English required; Mandarin/local language preferred.
• Onsite position requiring presence at the facility during business days.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operation & Maintenance management of data center server hardware and network equipment.
• Develop and execute O&M strategies and plans to ensure stability.
• Standardize operations and ensure SLA-compliant work orders.
• Promote safe and compliant data center operations and identify risks.
• Optimize O&M processes and energy efficiency; develop policies and emergency plans.
• Provide on-site IT troubleshooting support to resolve issues.
• Vendor management and training to improve service levels and coordinate resources.
