Zusammenfassung

CBRE Information & Communications Technology Service Delivery Technician is seeking on-site ICT and engineering support within a Data Center environment. You will handle IT equipment installation, relocation, decommission requests, troubleshoot issues, escort third-party engineers, maintain documentation, and ensure a safe, compliant working environment.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of related experience in a technical discipline, be able to follow standard procedures, and work in shifting

Qualifikationen

Apprenticeship or equivalent in a technical discipline with 1–2 years of job-related experience.
Able to meet physical requirements.
Ability to follow standard work routines and apply procedures.
Good communication and basic math skills; proficient with MS Office.

Aufgaben

Process IT equipment installation, relocation and decommission requests within required timeframes.
Provide problem-solving support including server reboots and backups.
Escort third-party engineers and ensure site compliance.
Respond to break/fix tickets within agreed timeframes.
Document on-site procedures and update them when processes change.
Patch and de-patch IT equipment as required.
Maintain a safe, professional on-site environment.
