Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer (Data Center) in Indonesia to design and deliver advanced cooling solutions for mission-critical facilities. You will lead heat load calculations, airflow analysis, equipment selection, and on-site support to ensure reliable, energy-efficient operation.

The role requires strong collaboration with project teams, suppliers, and clients, with hands-on design and commissioning activities; a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in mechanical/thermodynamic engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC system design and thermal engineering.
• Experience leading engineering activities in data center or mission-critical projects is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale data center cooling systems is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and CFD tools, plus familiarity with BMS coordination.

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC and mechanical cooling solutions for large-scale data centers, including heat load, airflow, and BOQ.
• Specify and evaluate HVAC equipment and infrastructure for energy efficiency.
• Conduct thermal analysis and performance evaluation to meet project targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HVAC with electrical, BMS, and other systems.
• Lead design reviews, clarify technical issues, and support on-site commissioning and handover.
