Job summary

Joyrun Indonesia is seeking a Data Center Engineer (Mandarin Speaker) to join our growing team in Cikarang. You will support operation and maintenance of data center electrical and cooling systems, assist installation and testing, and coordinate Mandarin communication with local teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC/Automation, Mandarin at least HSK 4, and willingness to undergo about 2 months of training in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Automation, or related fields.
• Mandarin proficiency is mandatory (minimum HSK 4 or equivalent). Must communicate effectively in Mandarin.
• HSK certification is preferred.
• Experience as Mandarin translator/interpreter in engineering or construction projects is an advantage.
• Experience in data center, electrical, HVAC, MEP, construction, or related engineering projects is preferred.

Requirements

• Mandarin proficiency is mandatory (minimum HSK 4 or equivalent). Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in both spoken and written Mandarin.
• HSK certification is preferred.
• Experience as a Mandarin translator/interpreter in engineering or construction projects is an advantage.
• Experience in data center, electrical, HVAC, MEP, construction, or related engineering projects is preferred.
• Familiar with electrical systems, UPS, generators, HVAC, or data center facilities is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin skills and relevant educational background are welcome to apply.
• Willing to attend approximately 2 months of technical training in Malaysia upon joining.

This position requires daily communication with Mandarin-speaking teams. Candidates without Mandarin language proficiency will not be considered. Please indicate your HSK level or Mandarin proficiency in your application.
