Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin (oral & written) is mandatory.
• Strong IT background with proven networking and data center experience.
• Familiarity with hardware, servers, and data-center troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and with others.
• Open to Mandarin speakers with IT background and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support data center infrastructure for reliable, secure operations.
• Handle and maintain networking systems: setup, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders across Asia in Mandarin and English/Indonesian.
• Provide technical expertise and timely IT operation solutions.
