Job summary

Artelia Indonesia is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to design and oversee data center power systems, including distribution, backup, lighting, and grounding. You will ensure compliance with NEC/IEC standards and coordinate with architects, mechanical engineers and IT teams to integrate electrical solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years of data center experience, strong leadership, and English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical engineering for data centers.
• Professional certifications are highly valued.
• Proficiency with power distribution design and LV/MV networks.
• Experience with NEC/IEC standards.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for data centers including power distribution, lighting, grounding and backups.
• Ensure designs meet local regulations and international standards (IEC, IEEE, NFPA, BICSI).
• Provide technical advisory to optimize energy efficiency and reliability.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers and IT for data center integration.
• Review and approve electrical systems and installations by contractors.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and validation of electrical infrastructure.
• Identify risks and plan redundancy for critical power systems.
