DAMAC Digital is seeking a Design Manager – Fit-Out to lead all fit-out design activities for our data center projects in Jakarta. You will coordinate architectural, MEP, ELV, structural and interior fit-out work, ensuring alignment with project requirements, standards, and client expectations.

The role requires managing multidisciplinary teams and interfacing with base build, procurement, and specialist vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline (Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical).
• 8–12+ years of design/construction experience, with fit-out or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary design teams and coordinating complex interfaces.

Responsabilités

• Lead fit-out design development and delivery for data center projects.
• Coordinate architectural, MEP, ELV, structural and specialist fit-out disciplines.
• Review drawings, specs, submittals and material selections for compliance and constructability.
• Ensure design coordination with base build, MEP services, and data center infrastructure.
• Manage design interfaces between white space, technical spaces, and offices.
• Lead design coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Support BIM teams to maintain fully coordinated 3D models and design information.
• Identify and resolve design clashes, changes, and risk with cost/ programme impacts.
• Provide technical support to construction teams and respond to RFIs on site.
• Ensure final as-built drawings and O&M information are complete and handed over.
