Leighton Asia is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage all aspects of construction planning and project control. The role focuses on tender support, post-award program management, and meticulous KPI reporting to ensure alignment with client requirements.

The position emphasizes coordination across teams, development of as-built documentation, and ongoing process improvements to maximize efficiency and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping and detailing construction works for tender submissions.
• Proven ability to manage project programs after contract award.
• Strong capability in tracking KPIs and reporting variances to plan.

Responsibilities

• Plan detailed works for tenders to meet client requirements.
• Manage the project program after award and support the Project team.
• Manage KPI tracking for weekly/biweekly/monthly reports.
• Develop accurate as-built plans and analyze to substantiate extension of time claims.
• Coordinate and develop subordinates to optimize construction time.
• Review continuous improvement and optimization activities for efficiency.
• Ensure sufficient competent technical resources are available for construction activities.
• Maintain cross-functional coordination so plans and schedules are integrated.
• Monitor and recommend safe and environmentally friendly procedures.
• Consolidate and review subordinates' reports for monthly/annual decision making.
• Share knowledge to enhance civil engineering expertise within the organization.
