Qualifications

• Diploma in civil engineering or related disciplines.
• Deep knowledge of building and civil construction safety requirements.
• Experience supervising staff and subcontractors.
• Experience in operational/technical role in construction.
• Experience working with civil contractors preferred.
• 7+ years in civil/construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a specific construction activity to ensure targets are achieved.
• Coordinate and develop subordinates to optimize workable time on site.
• Drive continuous improvement to ensure optimum efficiencies on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure sufficient competent technical resources are available to perform construction activities.
• Enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures to meet HSE standards.
• Develop reports to ensure accurate daily, weekly and monthly presentation.
