Job summary

Dwimitra Listenlights is seeking a Construction Manager to lead data center construction from groundbreaking to commissioning. You will supervise civil, electrical, mechanical, and structural works, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with general contractors, vendors, and operations teams, manage budgets and schedules, review plans and submittals, and drive site safety culture to meet Uptime standards and local codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering.
• 6–8 years in construction management with supervisory experience.
• Proven track record on large-scale mission-critical or industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day data center construction execution from planning to handover.
• Oversee civil, architectural, electrical, and mechanical works.
• Manage site logistics, scheduling, and resource planning.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on-site.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and commissioning teams.
• Prepare progress reports and track budget and cost performance.
• Support facility readiness and project closeout documentation.
• Manage change requests and design deviations.
