Job summary

Sinergia Worldwide Education is hiring a Data and Technical Administration professional in Jakarta. The role focuses on collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing data, building predictive models, and creating dashboards to inform business decisions.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to translate problems into data-driven solutions, monitor model performance, and ensure data governance. A Bachelor degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) with major of Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science/Informatics, Data Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (priority of state universities / PTN).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database querying.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning frameworks.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfortable working with large, complex datasets.
• Good communication skill to translate technical findings into business insights.
• Attention to detail and well organized.
• Fast learner with excellent time management and ability to work independently.
• Willing to be in contract minimum 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from various sources.
• Build, validate, and deploy predictive/machine learning models to support business decision-making.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders and management.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Monitor and maintain model performance in production, retraining when necessary.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with company data governance policies.
• Document methodologies, models, and findings for internal knowledge sharing.
• Other tasks as assigned.
