Job summary

PT Sinergia Worldwide Education mencari Data Scientist dengan latar belakang S1 dan pengalaman analitik minimal 1 tahun untuk mengubah data menjadi insight bisnis yang dapat didorong keputusan. Kandidat akan bekerja dengan tim teknik, produk, dan bisnis untuk membangun model prediktif dan dashboard yang informatif.

Anda akan memproses data besar, melakukan eksplorasi data, dan mengimplementasikan solusi ML sambil menjaga kualitas data dan kepatuhan kebijakan perusahaan. Lokasi di Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana minimal (S1) dengan jurusan terkait di atas (prioritas PTN).
• Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di Data Science/ Data Analytics/ Machine Learning.
• Menguasai Python dan/atau R untuk analisis data dan pemodelan.
• Penguasaan SQL dan query database.
• Familiar dengan kerangka kerja ML.
• Pengalaman visualisasi data.
• Pemahaman statistik, probabilitas, dan uji hipotesis.
• Kemampuan analitis kuat, data besar bukan masalah.
• Komunikasi untuk mengubah temuan teknis jadi insight bisnis.
• Teliti, terorganisir, cepat belajar, bisa kerja mandiri.

Responsibilities

• Mengumpulkan, membersihkan, dan memproses data terstruktur maupun tidak terstruktur.
• Membangun, memvalidasi, dan menerapkan model prediktif/ML untuk dukung keputusan bisnis.
• Melakukan EDA untuk identifikasi tren, pola, peluang bisnis.
• Membuat dashboard dan laporan untuk stakeholder dan manajemen.
• Bekerja sama dengan Engineering, Product, dan Business untuk solusi berbasis data.
• Memantau performa model di produksi dan retraining saat diperlukan.
• Menjamin kualitas data, integritas, dan kepatuhan kebijakan data.
• Mendokumentasikan metodologi, model, dan temuan untuk sharing internal.
• Tugas lain sesuai arahan.

Bachelor degree in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Computer Science/ Informatics/ Data Science/ Information Systems/ Engineering

Job description

Minimum Bachelor (S1) with major of Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science/Informatics, Data Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (priority of state universities / PTN)

Minimum 1 years of experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Machine Learning

Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling

Strong knowledge of SQL and database querying

Familiarity with Machine Learning frameworks

Experience with data visualization tools

Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing

Strong analytical thinking and comfortable working with large, complex datasets

Good communication skill to translate technical findings into business insights

Attention to detail and well organized

Fast learner with excellent time management and ability to work independently

Willing to be in contract minimum 1 year

Job Description:

Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from various sources

Build, validate, and deploy predictive/machine learning models to support business decision-making

Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities

Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders and management

Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions

Monitor and maintain model performance in production, retraining when necessary

Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with company data governance policies

Document methodologies, models, and findings for internal knowledge sharing
