Job summary

You will design experiments, perform deep-dive analyses, and develop forecasting models to support short- and long-term planning while mentoring junior analysts and promoting a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, BI, or data analytics roles in media, digital, or consumer tech.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with complex queries and large cloud data warehouses.
• Hands-on experience with modern BI/visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).
• Working knowledge of Python (or R) for analysis, automation, and modeling.
• Solid grasp of statistics, experimentation methodology, and forecasting techniques.
• Strong business acumen with media industry metrics (DAU/MAU, retention, ARPU, CTR, watch time, ad revenue).
• Excellent communication skills to translate analyses for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-driven, able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and deliverables
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-serve analytics tools for day-to-day decisions
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to surface trends, opportunities, and risks across engagement and monetization
• Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests, feature rollouts) to validate hypotheses
• Develop forecasting and quantitative models for short- and long-term planning
• Define and standardize key metrics across teams for consistent measurement
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on data quality, modeling, and pipelines
• Mentor junior analysts and promote data literacy across the organization
