Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a data-driven analyst in Indonesia to optimize data flows and ensure data quality. You will configure CRM integrations with SAP CDP, ERP, BigQuery, and GA4, and document technical processes for cross‑functional teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong SQL and data modeling skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data/ business analytics.
• Strong SQL and data modeling fundamentals.
• Understanding of data quality concepts and ETL/ELT processes.
• Experience with SAP CDP, ERP integrations, BigQuery, and GA4.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data flow for project and system requirements.
• Handle data quality, integrity, completeness, and reconciliation.
• Configure CRM integrations, especially SAP CDP, with ERP and tools like BigQuery and GA4.
• Create technical documentation for Development and Operations teams.
• Support testing, implementation, and go-live processes.
• Perform debugging and root cause analysis; train users where needed.
