As a Data Analyst within the GoTo Financial Lending Operations team, you will get hands-on experience in a fast-paced consumer lending environment. You will sit at the intersection of data and daily operations, helping our business run smoothly by ensuring teams have the information they need. About the Team

The GoTo Financial Lending Operations team is the engine that keeps our consumer lending business running safely, efficiently, and with a customer-first mindset. We are a dynamic, cross-functional group covering the entire operational lifecycle, including Know Your Customer (KYC), Quality Assurance (QA), Operation Support, CRM Operations, Anti-Fraud, and Customer Service. By joining our team, you will get a 360-degree view of how a lending business operates on the ground floor. You will partner directly with these diverse units, acting as their data liaison to ensure they have the insights necessary to protect our business and serve our customers.
