Job summary

Ajaib Group is seeking a Data Analyst to transform large datasets into actionable insights and support product and marketing with data-driven decisions. You will build dashboards, collaborate with multiple teams, and ensure accurate reporting across the business.

Ideal candidates have SQL proficiency, experience with Tableau or Power BI, and familiarity with DBT and Git for versioning and data transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, etc.
• 3-6 years of experience in data analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply these skills to practical business problems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manipulate, analyze and interpret large datasets to support business decision and to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with multi-product teams, to understand business requirements and ensure data solutions meet their needs in timely manner.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using data visualization tools for business monitoring and communicating key findings
• Communicate complex data concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data practices, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
• Work with DBT for data transformation processes and collaborate with the team using GIT for version control and documentation.
