Job summary

Eka Hospital Group seeks an experienced Product Leader to own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital initiatives, from problem discovery to adoption and continuous improvement. You will identify AI-enabled opportunities, build strong business cases with measurable ROI, and work with engineering, data, and security teams to ensure scalable solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in product management or related fields, with a deep understanding of APIs, data analytics, and Generative AI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs and AI Agents.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end digital initiatives.
• Experience developing business cases with ROI calculations and KPIs.
• Ability to operate as an engineer: scoping, building, deploying, and maintaining systems end-to-end.
• Excellent stakeholder management and roadmap skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives from idea to production, manage priorities, risks, timelines, adoption.
• Build and maintain full-stack internal applications from scoping to production deployment.
• Monitor product performance post-implementation and optimize for ROI and KPIs.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from problem discovery, business case, solution definition, development, implementation, adoption, through continuous improvement.
• Identify business challenges and innovation opportunities that can be addressed through digital products, automation, data, AI, Generative AI, or emerging technologies.
• Define clear business cases, ROI, success metrics, and measurable business outcomes before product development begins, including revenue, productivity, cost efficiency, risk reduction, and customer experience impact.
• Translate business problems and user needs into clear product vision, requirements, user journeys, prioritized backlog, and product roadmap.
• Evaluate and prioritize product and innovation initiatives based on business value, feasibility, scalability, implementation effort, strategic relevance, and expected ROI.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, data, AI/ML, infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business requirements.
• Leverage AI as part of the day-to-day product and development process, including using AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, ideation, prototyping, requirement development, testing, documentation, and solution delivery.
• Be highly AI-fluent and AI-enabled, with the ability to explore and assess technologies such as Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, automation, and intelligent workflows, and determine where they can create practical business value.
• Drive initiatives from idea to production, actively managing priorities, dependencies, risks, timelines, stakeholder expectations, user validation, and adoption to ensure innovation translates into actual implementation.
• Build and maintain full-stack internal applications from initial scoping through production deployment will be advatage
• Monitor product performance after implementation, compare realized benefits against the original ROI and KPI targets, and continuously identify opportunities for optimization and scale.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or another technology-related discipline is highly preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product, Technology Product, Innovation, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of technology concepts sufficient to engage effectively with engineering and architecture teams, including:
  Application and system architecture, APIs and system integration, Data platforms and analytics, Automation, AI/ML and Generative AI, Large Language Models and AI Agents
• Proven experience delivering multiple products or digital initiatives end-to-end from discovery through production implementation and adoption.
• Strong experience developing business cases, ROI calculations, benefit hypotheses, and measurable product KPIs before development starts.
• Proven ability to operate as an engineer: scoping, building, deploying, and maintaining systems end-to-end without a supporting team, and prioritizing across multiple concurrent requests.
• Strong product management capabilities including product discovery, requirement definition, prioritization, roadmap development, backlog management, stakeholder management, and product performance measurement.
