Job summary

Eka Hospital Group seeks an experienced Product Leader to own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital initiatives, from problem discovery to adoption and continuous improvement. You will identify AI-enabled opportunities, build strong business cases with measurable ROI, and work with engineering, data, and security teams to ensure scalable solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in product management or related fields, with a deep understanding of APIs, data analytics, and Generative AI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs and AI Agents.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end digital initiatives.
• Experience developing business cases with ROI calculations and KPIs.
• Ability to operate as an engineer: scoping, building, deploying, and maintaining systems end-to-end.
• Excellent stakeholder management and roadmap skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from problem discovery to adoption and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities addressed by digital products, automation, data, AI/Gen AI, or emerging tech.
• Define business cases, ROI, success metrics and measurable outcomes before development.
• Translate problems into product vision, requirements, user journeys, backlog, and roadmap.
• Evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on value, feasibility, ROI, and strategic relevance.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, AI/ML, security, and business teams to ensure feasibility and scalability.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, prototyping, testing, and delivery.
• Be AI-fluent and AI-enabled; assess Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents for business value.
• Drive initiatives from idea to production, manage priorities, risks, timelines, adoption.
• Build and maintain full-stack internal applications from scoping to production deployment.
• Monitor product performance post-implementation and optimize for ROI and KPIs.
