Job summary

Eka Hospital Group is seeking an experienced AI-focused full-stack engineer to design, develop, and maintain AI-powered web applications for enterprise solutions in Tangerang. You will work on end-to-end systems, including OCR document processing and secure, high-availability infrastructure.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in full-stack development and hands-on experience with LLMs, ML, LangChain, RAG, and AI agents, plus cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, SE, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Full Stack Software Development delivering production-grade apps.
• Hands-on experience building AI apps using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or open-source).
• Strong ML knowledge: model development, training, evaluation, deployment, and MLOps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered web applications using modern full-stack tech.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end AI-powered web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
• End-to-end design, development, and maintenance of independent microservices and modular frontends, including OCR-based document processing, secure and high-availability system topologies, and PDP-compliant low-latency infrastructure.
• Build and deploy AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents.
• Develop efficient, scalable, and reusable AI tools and frameworks to improve business productivity and automation.
• Design, train, evaluate, and deploy Machine Learning models for prediction, classification, recommendation, and intelligent decision support.
• Build secure backend services, REST/GraphQL APIs, and responsive frontend applications.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, databases, third-party APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Full Stack Software Development, with proven experience delivering production-grade applications.
• Proven hands-on experience building AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or open-source LLMs.
• Strong expertise in Machine Learning, including model development, training, evaluation, deployment, and MLOps practices.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Function Calling, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience working with relational databases, NoSQL databases, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, API design, security best practices, and scalable application development.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
