Job summary

Kaluma Sanur in Bali is seeking a detail‑oriented kitchen assistant to support the cold kitchen team. You will assist in preparing salads, appetizers, and cold dishes, and help with portioning and presentation.

Follow recipes, maintain hygiene and food safety standards, store and label ingredients, and keep the cold kitchen clean and organized. You will work closely with the Chef/Supervisor and support daily prep and service. Occasional other duties may be assigned.
