This role plays a critical part in supporting business growth by ensuring data acquisition capabilities align with evolving client, market, and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute the Data Acquisition strategy for Indonesia in alignment with market, regional, and global objectives.

Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Advanced degree in Business, Management, Operations, Analytics, or related disciplines preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive operational leadership experience.
  • Minimum 4 years in a senior leadership role managing managers and large-scale operational teams.
  • Proven experience leading geographically distributed teams.
  • Experience managing operational budgets and delivering productivity improvements.
  • Demonstrated success driving business transformation and organizational change.
  • Experience working within data collection, retail measurement, market research, consumer intelligence, FMCG, or similar operational environments preferred.
