Job summary

Aramex is seeking an Operations Team Member (Customs Clearance) to support daily customs clearance activities by preparing documentation, monitoring shipment status, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for timely clearance. The role reports to the Senior Customs Officer and requires a diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics or related field, plus 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, customs administration or international trade.
• 1-2 years in customs clearance or related operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize customs clearance documentation.
• Monitor shipment clearance status and update stakeholders.
• Coordinate with airlines, PPJK partners, vendors and internal teams.
• Track shipment movements and clearance milestones; maintain records.
• Escalate issues to the Senior Customs Officer and support SOP adherence.
