PT Link Net Tbk is offering an internship in Jakarta Selatan for final-year students or fresh graduates in Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields. You will assist with documentation, data entry, and monitoring customer processes, gaining exposure to telesales and collections workflows.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently or in a team; familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets is expected.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Management / Business Administration / Information Systems.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented and organized; can manage customer data and documents accurately.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to work at Centennial Tower, South Jakarta.

Responsabilités

• Assist in preparing, organizing, and archiving FAB and other customer documents to ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping.
• Monitor and track the progress of new customer telesales processes, updating status records regularly.
• Support monitoring and tracking of customer collection status to keep records accurate and up to date.
• Maintain and update customer data in internal tracking files to support daily operations.
• Provide administrative support to the SMB CVM team, ensuring documents and data are managed timely.

• Assist in preparing, organizing, and archiving FAB (Subscription Application Form) and other supporting customer documents to ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping.
• Monitor and track the progress of new customer telesales processes, including updating and maintaining status records regularly.
• Support the monitoring and tracking of customer collection status to help ensure customer records remain accurate and up to date.
• Maintain and update customer data in internal tracking files and systems to support the team's daily operations.
• Provide administrative support to the SMB Customer Value Management (CVM) team, ensuring documents and data are managed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage customer data and documents accurately.
• Have good communication skills and be able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to work at Centennial Tower, South Jakarta.
