Job summary

PT TAK PRODUCTS AND SERVICES is seeking a Customer Service & Showroom Assistant in Canggu, Bali. You will greet visitors, manage showroom operations, and assist with product information and displays to create an inspiring space.

The role supports catalogs, samples, and stock presentation while handling basic admin tasks and gathering customer feedback for service improvements. Based in Bali, weekends availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma (D3) graduate in any field.
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
• Friendly, approachable, punctual, and service-oriented with great attention to detail.
• Open to both Full-Time and Part-Time applicants.
• Willing to work on weekends (half-day on Saturday).
• Must be currently based in or willing to work in Canggu, Bali.

Responsibilities

• Showroom Operations & Ambiance: ensure showroom opens/closes punctually and space is clean, organized and well-presented.
• Customer Engagement & Hospitality: warmly welcome walk-in guests, handle inquiries, and assist customers with product information.
• Sales & Marketing Support: prepare catalogs, product samples, display materials, and maintain stock presentation.
• Administrative & Feedback Tracking: record daily visitor info, manage basic admin duties, and collect customer feedback.

Job Description

Showroom Operations & Ambiance: Ensure the showroom opens and closes punctually, while maintaining a clean, organized, and beautifully presented space aligned with brand standards.

Customer Engagement & Hospitality: Warmly welcome walk-in guests, handle phone/in-person inquiries, and assist customers with product information in a friendly, professional manner.

Sales & Marketing Support: Prepare catalogs, product samples, display materials, and ensure product stock is neatly maintained for optimal presentation.

Administrative & Feedback Tracking: Record daily visitor info, manage basic administrative duties, and collect customer feedback to help improve internal services.
