We are seeking a Customer Services professional to join our team at PT Tigris Inovatif Solusi in Tabanan, Bali. This is a full‑time position where you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you’ll be doing
  • Responding to customer enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling customer complaints and finding effective resolutions
  • Providing information about our products and services
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
What we’re looking for
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
