Job summary

Travelio is seeking a Customer Service professional in Yogyakarta, Indonesia who will promptly respond to inquiries, handle complaints, communicate with customers, and ensure satisfaction levels remain high.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, English fluency, experience with call center tools (Zendesk) and KPI awareness, and is a team player ready for shift work and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major.
• Familiar with Customer Service KPI.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken.
• Familiar with call center software and analytics tools.
• Fluent in English and Zendesk System is plus point.
• Problem solving and team player.
• Willing to work in shifting time and public holiday.
