Job summary

Risland Holdings, a Hong Kong-based multinational real estate company, is hiring for a customer service role in Indonesia. You will communicate with customers by phone or in person, provide solutions to complaints, and ensure follow-up outcomes.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree (or near completion), have excellent English communication, and a proactive attitude to resolve issues quickly at Skyhouse BSD or Skyhouse Alam Sutera.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and serve customers by telephone or direct meetings in a friendly manner; provide solutions to complaints.
• Provide information on follow-up results from customer complaints; ensure quick and smooth resolution of issues.
• Check unit apartment status and reporting.

Requirements:

• 1.Minimum bachelor's degree in any field or still on bachelor's degree
• 2.Related field is requirement for this position, preferably in property/real estate
• 3.Excellent communication skill in spoken and written English
• 4.Good attitude, initiative ability, proactive, creative thinking and problem solver
• 5. Working Location: Skyhouse BSD /Skyhouse Alam Sutera
