Job summary

Ennovi Integrated Engineering Services Batam is seeking a Quality Engineer to manage strategic customer relationships and drive quality improvement. The role requires 3–5 years of supplier/customer quality experience, strong analytical and documentation skills, and knowledge of 8D methodology and SPC/MSA/FMEA tools.

GD&T knowledge is a plus and IATF audit experience is advantageous. The position focuses on interfacing with customers, coordinating with process owners, conducting root cause

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in supplier/customer quality roles.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
• Knowledge of 8D methodology; statistical tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, QC tools).
• Able to interpret technical drawings; GD&T knowledge is a plus.
• IATF audit experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct interface with customers on product introduction requirements.
• Act as a communication channel between customers on quality concerns and requirements.
• Collaborate with process owners on quality matters.
• Drive root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions with process owners for part quality resolution.
• Generate 8D reports to customers and follow up closely.
• Track and drive field returns with process owners.
• Address customer quality feedback or new/revised requirements.
• Prepare weekly customer reports and quarterly business rating reports.
• Conduct monthly process control plan audits to confirm manufacturing readiness.
• Lead customer visits and audit preparations.
