Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive for the Medan South Branch to achieve sales targets, identify prospective customers, and manage the sales pipeline with daily, weekly and monthly plans.

You will present pest control services to residential clients, survey customers, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and build lasting relationships. A Bachelor's or Diploma in Marketing/Communication is required with 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Communication or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in the related field.
• Strong marketing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Must be ready to handle customer complaints and be results oriented.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma of Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
• Have 1 year experience in the related field
• Required skill(s): marketing, communication, negotiation.
• Ready to handle customer complaints and Result Oriented
• Having a driving license (A/C) is a MUST
• Placement: Industry South Branch Area (Medan, Dumai)
