Rentokil Initial is a global business services company providing pest control, hygiene, and interior space improvements. Join our sales team to identify prospects, present services, and close contracts with commercial clients in Jakarta and surrounding areas.

The role focuses on meeting targets, developing pipelines, and delivering customer-focused solutions. A Bachelor's or Diploma in marketing-related fields, plus at least 1 year in sales, is preferred. Placement: Jakarta and surrounding areas.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communication, Agriculture, Biology or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales field.
• Strong marketing, communication, negotiation and selling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve the sales target.
• Identify prospective customers and potential markets.
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly sales programs and pipeline.
• Deliver presentations and sales pitches for pest control services to commercial customers.
• Survey new or existing commercial customers.
• Prepare and present proposals to customers.
• Negotiate terms and close contracts.
• Draft service agreements and foster long-term customer relationships.

• Do presentations and sales about service pest control to customer commercial
• Survey new or existing customer commercial
• Making proposals for customer
• Negotiation with customer
• Making agreement contracts and service agreements to the customer
• Build a good relationship with the customer

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma of Marketing, Communication, Agriculture, Biology or equivalent.
• Have 1 year experience in Sales Field
• Required skill(s): marketing, communication, negotiation, selling.
• Ready to handle customer complaints and Result Oriented
• Having a driving license (A/C) is a MUST
