Rentokil Initial sedang mencari eksekutif penjualan untuk wilayah Medan. Peran ini fokus pada pencapaian target penjualan layanan pest control dan solusi higiene kepada pelanggan residensial maupun korporat.

Kandidat memiliki minimal sarjana di bidang Marketing/Komunikasi, pengalaman 1 tahun, kemampuan presentasi, negosiasi, serta SIM A. Penempatan di Kantor Cabang Selatan Medan dengan paket tunjangan dan bonus sesuai kinerja.

Qualifications

• Memiliki minimal sarjana atau diploma di bidang Marketing, Komunikasi atau setara.
• Pengalaman 1 tahun di bidang terkait diutamakan.
• Keterampilan: pemasaran, komunikasi, negosiasi.
• Siap menangani keluhan pelanggan dan berorientasi hasil.
• Memiliki SIM A (wajib).

Responsibilities

• Mencapai target penjualan layanan pest control dan solusi higiene.
• Mencari dan mengidentifikasi calon pelanggan dan potensi pasar.
• Merencanakan program harian, mingguan, bulanan serta pipeline penjualan.
• Melakukan presentasi dan penjualan kepada pelanggan residensial.
• Melakukan survey terhadap pelanggan baru atau yang sudah ada.
• Menyusun proposal dan negosiasi dengan pelanggan.
• Menyusun perjanjian kontrak layanan untuk pelanggan.
• Membangun hubungan baik dengan pelanggan.

Job Description :

• Achieve the sales target
• Looking for and identifying prospective customers and the potential market
• Making daily, weekly, and monthly programs and sales pipeline
• Do presentations and sales about service pest control to customer residential
• Survey new or existing customer residential
• Making proposals for customer
• Negotiation with customer
• Making agreement contracts and service agreements to the customer
• Build a good relationship with the customer

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma of Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
• Have 1 year experience in the related field
• Required skill(s): marketing, communication, negotiation.
• Ready to handle customer complaints and Result Oriented
• Having a driving license (A/C) is a MUST
