Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers at the store entrance and provide directions.
• Provide relevant shopping tools to assist customers in their shopping journey.
• Broadcast welcoming messages about ongoing activities and food offers.
• Assist with visual merchandising/restocking as needed.
• Execute the action plan to create a positive experience and encourage repeat business.
• Ensure the department/work area is effective and cost-efficient during trading hours.
• Handle complaints in an efficient, accurate and friendly way.
