Job summary

Galderma Indonesia is seeking a Clinical Subject Matter Expert for the aesthetics portfolio to share science, efficacy and injection techniques with healthcare professionals.

You will plan and deliver customer education, train KOLs and trainers, and coordinate scientific events in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing or related medical field.
• 5+ years working with healthcare professionals and KOLs preferred.
• Comfortable discussing scientific data with clinicians and colleagues.

Objectives of the Position

• Be the clinical Subject Matter Expert for the full Galderma aesthetic portfolio range to share the science, efficacy, approved indications and injection methodologies, and clinical best practices for techniques and usage of Galderma's products
• Plan and execute customer education and training programs to drive each brand’s mission and value proposition
• Manage and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and Trainers to enable them to further Galderma aesthetic portfolio cause

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of clinical education and training programs for Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs) to enhance their knowledge and understanding of the Galderma Aesthetics portfolio.
• Assist in providing product and clinical support to HCPs under the guidance of the Sr. CET Manager.
• Coordinate and support scientific events, workshops, hands on training and collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Prepare training materials, training logistics, attendance records, and post-training documentation.
• Track and monitor training activities, participant feedback, and training expenses, and assist in preparing activity reports.

Requirements

• University degree with Pharmacy / Nursing or Medical related majors
• At least 5 years' experience in working with Healthcare Practitioners and KOL management is preferred
• Comfortable discussing scientific data and clinical techniques with senior Key Opinion Leaders, clinicians and colleagues
• Experience in market research and data analysis, managing and forecasting Promotional & Marketing budget, are preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop rapport quickly
