Paystone, via DataCandy, is hiring an Analytics Engineer to build a trusted customer data foundation. You will centralise data in Databricks, develop consistent business metrics and surface insights for Customer Success and Account Management.

You will own pipelines across Salesforce, product, onboarding, renewal and pricing data, deliver a governed 360 view, and define metrics for churn, renewal risk and client health. Remote opportunity with market‑based rewards.

Qualificações

• 2–4+ years in analytics/data engineering or related field.
• Strong SQL and Python, with PySpark and Databricks experience.
• Cloud exposure (GCP preferred) and CI/CD practices.
• Version control discipline and clear technical documentation.
• Proficient in Excel for ad hoc analysis and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain data pipelines across Salesforce, transactions, product, onboarding and renewal data.
• Create a governed 360° client view linking accounts, locations, products and revenue.
• Define trusted metrics for GRR, NRR, churn, client health and renewal risk.
• Automate client health scoring and renewal-risk triggers across portfolios.
• Deliver actionable insights in Salesforce to support Customer Success and Account Management.
• Prepare high‑quality datasets to support AI and agentic workflows.
