Sekolah Kristen IPEKA seeks an experienced educator to research and develop curriculum materials for West Jakarta campuses, ensuring alignment with our Faith Education Philosophy through collaborative teams.

Responsibilities include applying effective teaching approaches, instructional design, and assessments, plus training staff to implement the curriculum with clarity and support.

Formación

• Master's degree in Education is required.
• Minimum 5 years experience as Teacher.
• Having experience in designing, managing, and developing curriculum minimum 3 years.
• Strong leadership with good communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts academic and professional research to develop curriculum materials.
• Stays updated on current educational trends and leads professional development.
• Researches, outsources and/or develops curriculum resources to support Teachers/Staff and Students.
• Ensures effective implementation of the curriculum and alignment with Faith Education Philosophy.
• Provides teaching approaches, instructional designs, and assessment methods, with support and training for proper curriculum implementation.

Researches, outsources and/or develops relevant curriculum resources to support Teachers/Staff and Students.

Ensures effective implementation of the curriculum and the designed materials align with the Faith Education Philosophy.

Provides effective teaching approaches, instructional designs, and assessment methods, while ensuring clear communication, necessary support, and training for proper curriculum implementation.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Education (Overseas graduates are welcome to apply)

Minimum 5 years experience as Teacher

Having experience in designing, managing, and developing curriculum minimum 3 years

Strong leadership with good communication skills

Work Location: West Jakarta
