Culture, Engagement and Communications Partner

Reporting to the Associate Director for Culture, Engagement and Communications, you will act as an engagement specialist, employee experience curator and professional storyteller to deliver a wide range of employee engagement, experience and communications initiatives across the Corporate Operations Group and Macquarie globally.

You’ll partner closely with the senior managers in the team, as well as product and service owners, to deliver communications programs and employee experience advisory support. You’ll be hands-on in the delivery of engagement initiatives and events, and have an understanding of what great employee experience and effective communications looks like, with the confidence to provide sound advice in these areas.
