Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a CSR professional to execute and sustain CSR programs and build sustainable links with local stakeholders in Sorong, Papua Barat Daya. The role ensures the company maintains its license to operate through responsible community engagement.

Key duties include stakeholder mapping, communications planning, event organization, and coordinating with project management to deliver CSR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Minimum 1 year experience in CSR/community programs
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to design, implement and evaluate community programs
• Fluency in English is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Map the priority stakeholders to design programs that meet stakeholders' needs
• Develop communications plans and materials, including web content, press releases and articles; organize networking events and ceremonies
• Coordinate with Project Management to deliver CSR programs
• Establish and maintain relationships with local community and local government
• Maintain and implement SHE programs and management system to ensure effectiveness and compliance

Execute and maintain CSR programs for the company and develop sustainable links with local stakeholders (community, local government, NGO, etc) in term of assisting Superior to ensure the sustainability of company's license to operate.

Job Responsibilities

Map the priority stakeholders in areas in which the company operates in order to design the appropriate programs that suitable with stakeholders needs. Programs are designed and approved refer to stakeholders needs

Execute develop communications plans and materials, including web content, press releases and articles as well as organise several annual and special networking events and informal ceremonies involving the beneficiaries to ensure that CSR programs has been socialized and communicated well. CSR programs well socialized

Coordinate and liaise with Project Management in delivering corporate social programs to ensure corporate social programs run smoothly. CSR programs well conducted

Establish and maintain relationship and communication with local community and local government in order to keep peace and harmonious relationship. Good and well maintained relationship with locals

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome. SHE risk well maintained.

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Any Major

• Min 1 year working experiences in related field
• Demonstrate ability in project development, design, implementation and evaluation.
• Deep understanding of community initiative subject.
• Shows good people skills, strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, maturity, understand how to approach/deal with communities. Local government, NGO’s, and other stakeholders.
