Job summary

Salis Investama is seeking a dedicated liquidity provider to continuously place competitive bid/ask orders across multiple crypto trading pairs. You will work to earn profits from tight spreads while maintaining healthy inventory levels.

The role requires a quantitative mindset, experience in market making or HFT, and hands-on API skills with major exchanges. Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major or a related quantitative field.
• Experience in crypto market making, proprietary trading, or High-Frequency Trading (HFT), with a proven track record of live PnL and independent strategy development.
• Hands-on experience with exchange APIs (REST & WebSocket) from major platforms such as Binance, OKX, or Bybit.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• To act as a dedicated liquidity provider by continuously placing competitive bid/ask orders across various trading pairs. The primary goal is to profit from the bid-ask spread while strictly managing inventory, minimizing adverse selection, and ensuring deep, healthy liquidity for the exchange or project.
