Job summary

PT Electronic City Indonesia, Tbk (ECII) invites a skilled professional to design and implement CRM and loyalty programs aimed at increasing customer transactions and engagement across our store network.

You will monitor performance, manage rewards inventory, analyze data, and collaborate with merchant partners to enhance member value. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in CRM or related roles, with strong Excel and data visualization skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in CRM, loyalty, or customer engagement.
• Advanced Excel skills incl. Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data retrieval.
• Strong data analysis and visualization to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation with merchant partners.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CRM/Loyalty programs to boost transactions and engagement.
• Monitor program performance against targets, results, and customer responses.
• Manage program reward inventory across stores.
• Analyze and visualize program data to support business decisions.
• Develop partnerships with merchant partners to expand benefits.
• Prepare reports and provide recommendations based on data and behavior.
