Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in CRM, recruitment operations, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience leading workflows or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in higher education or high-impact service environments preferred.
• Strong hands-on CRM reporting, dashboarding and cohort analysis skills.
• Knowledge of SQL or equivalent data skills desirable.
• Ability to translate data into clear operational decisions and recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and team leadership.
• Creative, innovative problem-solving and process-improvement mindset.
• Experience with CRM software, data management, SharePoint and event management.

Responsibilities

• Own the student-journey operating model with defined timelines and evidence.
• Convert records into advisor-ready student insights on interests and needs.
• Enforce recruitment follow-through with action owners and deadlines.
• Diagnose barriers, coordinate interventions across academics, testing, and finance.
• Produce actionable recruitment intelligence and enrollment forecasts.
• Govern omnichannel engagement across CRM, surveys, and communications.
• Maintain reliable, ethical data with governance and consent controls.
• Improve quality and capability by coaching teams and evaluating interventions.
