Job summary

IDS Medical Systems Group is seeking a Clinical Specialist to lead clinical product demonstrations, training, and technical support for critical care medical devices in ICU, ED, and other settings.

You will train doctors and nurses, provide basic troubleshooting, collaborate with sales, gather feedback, and report issues. A nursing degree with at least 2 years in critical care is preferred, with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum nursing qualification (D3/S1)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in critical care (ICU/NICU/ED)
• Ability to train healthcare professionals on medical devices
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel for business travels

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical training and product demonstrations to doctors, nurses and healthcare staff on critical care devices.
• Serve as a product information resource on device functions and clinical applications.
• Provide clinical and basic technical support during installation, demonstrations, trials, evaluations, and routine use.
• Assist with basic device troubleshooting and coordinate with service teams for deeper investigations.
• Support the sales team in clinical activities and hospital evaluations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinicians and hospital staff to understand clinical needs.
• Collect user feedback on device functionality and communicate findings internally.
• Prepare activity reports on clinical support, training, and evaluations.
• Report product complaints and safety incidents per procedures with relevant teams.
• Participate in continuous clinical education to stay updated on devices and critical care developments.
