Job summary

PT Limin Marine & Offshore is seeking a Crewing Staff with at least two years of experience to manage crew documents and records for offshore operations. The role requires an extensive network of seafarers and strong knowledge of AHT/AHTS vessel structures and corresponding certificates to ensure crew readiness.

Proficiency in crew data systems and advanced Excel is essential to monitor certificate validity and keep crews compliant while on duty.

Qualifications

• Barchelor or Diploma Degree of Naval/ Marine Academy.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Crewing Staff.
• Extensive network of professional seafarers.
• Understanding the organizational structure of AHT/AHTS vessels and the types of competency certificates required for the crew.
• Meticulous in managing mandatory crew documents—Seaman's Books, COCs, COPs, MCU—in accordance with offshore standards.
• Proficiency in crew data administration systems, advanced Microsoft Excel, to monitor the validity of crew certificates and ensure they do not expire while on duty.

Crewing Staff need qualifications as below :

Barchelor or Diploma Degree of Naval/ Marine Academy.

Having2 years experience as Crewing Staff.

Having an extensive network of professional seafarers (both officers and ratings) is a key advantage.

Understanding the organizational structure of AHT/AHTS vessels and the types of competency certificates required for the crew.

Meticulous in managing mandatory crew documents—such as Seaman's Books, COCs, COPs, and MCU—in accordance with offshore standards.

Proficiency in crew data administration systems, advanced Microsoft Excel, to monitor the validity of crew certificates and ensure do not expire while on duty.
