Job summary

PT Emas Pandai Indonesia is seeking an analytics-driven operations professional to own end-to-end improvement projects in lending operations across branches in Jakarta. You will size problems with data, design fixes, and implement scalable processes that sharpen credit decisions and compliance.

Responsibilities include loan performance analysis, portfolio health monitoring, policy refinement, and cross-team coordination to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in operations, credit risk, collections, business analytics or process improvement.
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with large datasets and turning numbers into clear recommendations.
• Excel/Google Sheets capability.
• A proven track record of driving at least one operations improvement project from problem to measurable result.
• Structured problem-solver who can break down ambiguous problems and prioritize what matters.
• Clear communicator in Bahasa Indonesia and English, able to present findings to both management and branch staff.

Responsibilities

• Loan performance & delinquency analysis
• Monitor portfolio health (DPD buckets, roll rates, NPL, vintage curves) by branch, region, product and customer segment
• Diagnose the root causes of rising delinquency and turn findings into concrete recommendations for underwriting, collections and branch operations
• Build and maintain recurring performance reports and dashboards for management
• Analyze approval, rejection and default patterns to refine credit policy
• Work with Risk and Product on policy changes and measure their impact after rollout
• Collections optimization
• Evaluate collection strategy effectiveness by bucket, channel and team
• Recommend changes to prioritization, treatment strategies, incentives and SOPs, backed by data.
• Track recovery rates and collector productivity, and flag underperforming areas early.
• Overall Operations improvement & project management
• Own end-to-end improvement projects: scoping, baseline measurement, solution design, pilot, rollout and impact tracking.
• Map current processes across HQ and branches, find bottlenecks and standardize them into clear SOPs.
• Coordinate across Operations, Risk, Collections, Compliance, Product, Tech, Finance, and other teams (including branch) to deliver on time
• Product & regulatory compliance
• Make sure operational processes meet OJK requirements and internal policy (e.g., SLIK reporting, fidusia, documentation standards).
• Translate new regulations into practical operational changes for branches
