Job summary

High5, a leading global payments and technology company, seeks a mid-level professional in Jakarta to drive credit card portfolio performance through activation, spend optimization, and customer engagement.

You will analyze Mastercard and client data, design targeted campaigns with marketing and data teams, and deliver dashboards and executive presentations. 5–7 years in consumer banking with credit card experience is required; on-site, Jakarta-based.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in consumer banking, esp. credit card portfolio/product mgmt.
• Proven experience with Indonesian banks/financial institutions.
• Based in Jakarta for full-time, on-site work.
• Strong understanding of credit card lifecycle from acquisition to retention.
• Campaign execution, performance marketing analysis & portfolio optimization.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and professional English.
• Prior consulting/project mgmt/PMO experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct portfolio analysis using Mastercard and client datasets.
• Derive insights to improve acquisition, activation, spend, engagement, and retention.
• Design and execute targeted customer campaigns with marketing and data teams.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization actions.
• Develop project deliverables including dashboards, reports, and executive presentations.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and support governance cadence and steering updates.
