Job summary

PayTech Nexus Ltd is seeking a Portfolio Optimization Project Support in Jakarta for a 12-month term. The role focuses on credit card portfolio management within consumer banking, involving data analysis, market research, and collaboration with bank clients on campaign execution.

Based in Jakarta, the candidate will work face to face at the bank's site and coordinate across stakeholders to drive project deliverables and progress in weekly cadences.

Qualifications

• Native Indonesian language and proficient in English is required.
• At least 5 years of working experience in Consumer Bank – Credit card portfolio and/or product management.
• Ability to work independently and drive progress with bank clients.

• Conduct market/secondary research on macro trends, products, and marketing.
• Analyze using Mastercard's or client's data to derive insights.
• Support developing project deliverables and agreed plan implementations.
• Coordinate stakeholders and prepare materials for biweekly updates and steering committee.

Job description

Job Title: Portfolio Optimization Project Support

Term: 12 months

Target Start date: Early October

Preferred requirements:

• Credit card portfolio management experience (within consumer banking division in a bank and working with marketing team to execute the credit card campaign execution)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Market desktop/ secondary research (eg. On macro trend, product, marketing etc)
• Conduct analysis using Mastercard's and or client's data
• Support developing project deliverables
• Support implementation of the agreed plan and mitigation actions agreed in the weekly cadence and steering committee meetings.
• Support alignment between all stakeholders and help to coordinate as well as prepare the materials for biweekly progress updates and steering committee.

Requirements:

• Native in Indonesian language and proficient in English
• Based in Jakarta and is willing to work face to face in client's site (bank office)
• Have at least 5 years of working experience in Consumer Bank – Credit card portfolio and or product management
• Can work independently and drive progress with bank clients

Experience in delivering projects with ID banks/ financial services clients:

• Have deep knowledge and capabilities on bank's credit card product, activation, spend optimization, engagement and attrition management, process and campaign execution
• Familiar with analysing portfolio performance, deriving insights and identify the right portfolio action to drive performance
• Familiar with performance marketing analysis and experience in working with marketing, data, especially for targeted campaign communications effectiveness.
• Experience working with product teams cross-functionally i.e. need to know the KPIs of each team, how to convince and get them moving in the same direction
• Have some project management experience to formulate client's problems (problem solving), facilitate discussions with clients and prepare written deliverables (include updates for bi-weekly and steering committee presentation)
