Job summary

Csmart International is seeking a seasoned banking product and portfolio analyst based in Jakarta to work face to face at client sites, primarily banks. You will analyze consumer banking data, drive credit card product insights, activation, spend optimization, and engagement strategies while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires independent work, at least five years in consumer banking or credit card product management, and experience delivering projects for ID

Qualifications

• Have at least 5 years of working experience in Consumer Bank – Credit card portfolio and/or product management
• Can work independently and drive progress with bank clients
• Experience delivering projects with ID banks/financial services clients
• Deep knowledge of credit card products, activation, spend optimization, engagement and attrition management, process and campaign execution
• Familiar with analyzing portfolio performance, deriving insights and identifying portfolio actions to drive performance
• Familiar with performance marketing analysis and working with marketing/data for targeted campaign effectiveness
• Experience working with cross-functional product teams and understanding KPIs across teams
• Project management experience to frame client problems, lead discussions, and prepare written deliverables (biweekly/steering committee)

• Conduct analysis using Mastercard’s and/or client’s data
• Support implementation of the agreed plan and actions from weekly cadence and steering committee
• Coordinate with stakeholders and prepare materials for biweekly progress updates and steering committee

Native in Indonesian languageand proficient in English

Based in Jakarta and is willing to work face to face in client's site (bank office)

Have deep knowledge and capabilities on bank’s credit card product, activation, spend optimization, engagement and attrition management, processand campaign execution

Familiar with analysing portfolio performance, deriving insights and identify the right portfolio action to drive performance

Familiar with performance marketing analysis and experience in working with marketing, data, especially for targeted campaign communications effectiveness

Experience working with product teams cross-functionally i.e. need to know the KPIs of each team, how to convince and get them moving in the same direction

Have some project management experience to formulate client’s problems (problem solving), facilitate discussions with clients and prepare written deliverables (include updates for bi-weekly and steering committee presentation)
