Job summary

Talent Insider in Indonesia seeks a corporate credit analyst to conduct comprehensive financial analysis of corporate clients, review income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and other metrics to assess liquidity and debt servicing capacity.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in banking or a financial institution, with a strong grasp of financial statements and credit risk methodologies. Bachelor's in Finance or related field; CFA or advanced degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years as corporate/commercial credit analyst in banking or finance.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and credit risk assessment methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex financial data.

Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of corporate/commercial clients, including analyzing income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other relevant financial metrics.


• Assess the company's financial health, liquidity, profitability, and debt servicing capacity.


• Identify key financial trends and potential risk factors that may impact the creditworthiness of the borrower.


• Stay abreast of industry trends, economic developments, and market conditions that may impact the credit risk of corporate clients.


• Conduct industry research to understand the competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and potential risks specific to the borrower's industry sector.


• Evaluate the credit risk associated with corporate borrowers based on financial analysis, industry research, and other relevant factors.


• Assign credit ratings and recommend appropriate credit limits based on the borrower's risk profile.


• Prepare credit memorandums and other credit documentation to support credit decisions.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a corporate / commercial credit analyst in a banking or financial institution.


• Strong understanding of financial statements, financial analysis techniques, and credit risk assessment methodologies.
