Job summary

D2C & EC Enablement is seeking a proactive Creator Community & Partnership Specialist to scale and engage our creator network. You will manage MCN and community relationships, run activation programs, and support cross-functional marketing campaigns.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in KOL/affiliate roles, a strong passion for social media, excellent communication, and basic data skills to track campaign metrics and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a KOL/Affiliate Specialist, Community Specialist, or in a similar role.
• Strong passion for social media platforms, content creators, and MCN trends.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic data skills to track and report campaign numbers.

Responsibilities

• Community & Partner Management: Build and maintain daily relationships with internal creator groups, external communities, and MCN partners. Assist in onboarding new partners.
• Activations & Campaigns: Help plan and execute creator events, creative challenges, educational workshops, and incentive programs to boost engagement.
• Creator Acquisition & Growth: Support creator onboarding and assist in running programs that improve creator content output and performance.
• Performance Tracking: Track community metrics, monitor campaign data, and provide insights to optimize future activities.
• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with Commercial, Performance Marketing, and Brand teams to align creator efforts with campaign goals.
