You will lead designers, videographers, and editors to craft high-volume, sales-focused ads for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, balancing data insights with bold creative concepts.

Own the creative process from concept through production, establish a rapid feedback loop, and ensure every asset aligns with strategic goals and brand standards while driving ROAS.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing sales-driven creatives and demonstrated results.
• Platform-native knowledge for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts.
• Experience leading creative teams under pressure and delivering on brief.

Responsibilities

• Develop winning ad concepts for Meta Ads (IG/FB) and TikTok Ads.
• Lead the A/B testing strategy for creatives and optimize hooks, thumbnails, CTAs.
• Manage the workflow of designers, videographers, and content creators; ensure timely delivery and quality.
